Materazzi palace is a 'ancient baronial residence built in 1750, recently renovated, located in Serramezzana, hilly location of the Cilento National Park and Vallo di Diano.
Inside the palace were taken three apartments of various sizes, one of which keeps intact the style of the nineteenth century:
2 consisting of 2 large bedrooms (for 4persone 1), kitchen, bathroom, living room and terrace, the other consisting of 1 single bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and terrace.
The building, surrounded by greenery and has parking spaces reserved for guests.
Serramezzana is a quiet and relaxing, ideal for which loves nature, take long walks in the woods, and wants to move away from the frenetic pace of the city.
A few miles from Serramezzana you can easily reach the fabulous golden beaches of Acciaroli, Pioppi and Santa Maria di Castellabate.
During high season, thanks to underground sea running from Agropoli or Acciaroli, you can come easily: Amalfi, Sorrento, Positano, Capri, Marina di Camerota and Palinuro.
Nearby you can also admire sites of historical, cultural and natural: Paestum with its temples; Roscigno old ghost town, the Certosa di Padula, the caves of Pertosa and Castelcivita, the excavations of Velia…
